Terms and Conditions for Pro Baseball Insider LLC contests, sweepstakes, and give-aways

1. Entrants who have not met all criteria for entry are not eligible to win.
2. Currently, only entrants located in the United States are eligible to win.  Residents of Hawaii and Alaska are not eligible.
3. It is the policy of Pro Baseball Insider LLC to keep entrant’s personal information private, not to be sold to any third party.
4. Employees of Pro Baseball Insider LLC (PBI) or their family members or anyone else connected in any way with the competition or helping to set up the competition shall not be permitted to enter the competition.
5. There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition.
6. By submitting name and email, entrant will be added to a Pro Baseball Insider LLC email list, from which the entrant is free to unsubscribe at any time.
7. Grand prize winner forfeits claim to prize if no response to notification by PBI within 3 days. PBI may notify winner via Direct message on Facebook, Twitter, or email. Method of notification is to be chosen at the discretion of PBI management. To claim the prize, the winner must respond within 3 days with necessary information to collect the prize. This includes but is not limited to an address to where the prize can be delivered. If the winner cannot be contacted or do not claim the prize within 3 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.
8. FRAUD DETECTION –  This giveaway contains built in fraud detection.  When one person signs up from multiple email addresses, that is considered fraud!  The guaranteed prizes are meant to be unlocked by sharing with friends.  To lie and pretend to be 3 different people when you’re not is dishonest, it’s unfair to us and our partners who are providing valuable prizes.  Entries deemed fraudulent may be deleted without warning and entrants who violate our trust repeatedly may be blacklisted.  Let’s keep this fair so everyone can win!
9. No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.
10. Pro Baseball Insider LLC reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the promoter’s control. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the promoter.
11. Pro Baseball Insider LLC is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition.
12. No cash alternative to the prizes will be offered. The prizes are not transferable. Prizes are subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.
13. Winners will be chosen at the discretion of PBI management.
14. The promoter will notify the winner when and where the prize can be collected.
15. The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
16. By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
17. The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by US law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Colorado.
18. The winner agrees to the use of his/her name and image in any publicity material. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.
19. Entry into the competition will be deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions.
20. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook, Twitter or any other Social Network. You are providing your information to Pro Baseball Insider LLC and not to any other party.
21. Winner will receive a catcher’s mask from Force3 Pro Gear.  There is one prize, for one winner.
22. Chances of winning are increased through various activities that award extra entries.
