After 16 years of playing professionally, Doug retired and took a position as a Major League scout with the Colorado Rockies for 2 years. Currently Doug is the Data and Game Planning Coordinator with the Colorado Rockies

Mr. Bernier my son played with you in the Twins organization while with Rochester and the Twins. My son is Aj Achter and he was telling me about your work. I love the detail for the youth coaches and even the high school coaches. I’ve passed your site along to my grandson’s coach so that he could use it. By the way his nephew was on the field in Rochester all the time before games with the players.

Keep up the good work I love the work you’re doing!

Thank you for this. I am a coach on a 12U travel ball team. i love the way everything, on your site, is broken down into sections. It makes everything easy to find and easy to comprehend. The fact that you have made a site like this free, is amazing. This is information that every young ball player should be learning.
