Good article.
best website ever
Doug & Sarah I was so lucky to find your page, I appreciate it so much because it’s so hard for a single mother trying to find the right information and contacts raising a boy who has future hopes of getting in MLB…but this will not be his only goal but I’m going to support him & do everything humanly possible to try & make this happen so if it doesn’t happen it won’t be a lack of us trying. He is 8 so he has a long way to go..we hired him a private coach which is an ex-MLB player to perfect his skills & techniques to continue him playing above his grade level in little league.
We live in Georgia so Atlanta Braves or any MLB team in the US will be our Dream Goals…we have to have goals to shoot for, whether we reach them or not.
I hope you guys can help guide us in our endeavor.
We are in Georgia, so please any contact hopefuls that may help us in goal “shooting for the stars” please send it to me.
Doug,
What a wonderful resource for coaches and players. My publicists, Kathleen Lee said she had reached out to and your group. A came up with this concept while coaching for IU Coach Bob Morgan in the winter of 1988 in Bloomington, IN. Have had it burried in a filing cabinet until January of 2015. After 30 of teaching and coaching at Kings high school in Cincinnati, Ohio, I have decided to move forward. I have filed my patent in January of 2016 and will end my month long Kickstarter campaign on Tuesday, May 3rd. I will be filling about 200 orders for two models-youth and adult for both baseball and softball players.
The grip this reinforces and teaches is consistent with your instruction. If you’d like for me to send you or your colleagues a demo, let me know. This will change the way youth coaches teach the proper grip and potentially how players train in the off season, Doug.
All the best, Andy Olds-Perfect Grip
Andy, we love to help people who are working hard, being innovative and helping others… and you’re doing all 3 of those things! so we were happy to share about your Kickstarter campaign on our facebook page. Regarding the demo… Doug doesn’t do much product reviewing during baseball season because he wants to stay professional and focused on playing. But if you get back with us during the off season, we’d be happy to receive a sample and possibly do a review on the website. Good luck with your new product!
